I’m delighted to be back at Content Marketing World this fall, presenting a half-day Content Strategy 101 workshop. It’s not a lot of time to cover this big topic—but we’re going to dive in as deep as we can.

- How to identify the right people to create and manage content
- The tools you need to analyze your content
- How to get rid of ROT [Redundant, outdated, trivial content]
- Why and how to create effective governance processes
- How to get management on board
